Sprint 4# - Moving to new data center

Welcome after a long break.
We managed to finish a very long sprint #4. We faced the move of the entire base to another server. Everything ended successfully and the website is in a new server, which will allow us to do much more. As for the side topics that were successfully implemented:
- Lots of work on boss pages with detailed descriptions (not completed yet, still in development)
- Downloading boss data is performed asynchronously and cached to speed up the page
- Extensive monster editing system in the moderator panel
- Bosses without prediction no longer get information about a chance to appear, only the number of days will be visible since the last appearance
- The main articles on the mobile version are clickable
- Minor fixes in the photo serving system
- Other, smaller fixes throughout the site
